Promise

I promised myself about a week ago that I would update this blog on the first of every month at the least.  An update on things I’ve been up to, projects I’m working on or have completed.

I’m emotionally and physically exhausted after the events of this weekend, but I’m keeping that promise.  I’m hoping that doing my best to keep things “normal” will help me to heal.  I will try to post later this week with my 15 FOs since my last post and other updates, but for now, I need to sleep.

If you are not aware, I live in Wichita, Kansas.  We had what can only be referred to as a domestic terrorist assassinate a local man this weekend.  A man who was well-known for his compassion, empathy, caring, and courage.  A man who believed in women’s autonomy, and reproductive freedom.  He is a martyr for his cause and will not be forgotten.
